Every lot manufactured or distributed by The Clean Edge Lab ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-aligned analytical laboratory. COAs are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years and are made available to verified customers.
What a COA contains
- Lot & batch identifiers — manufacturing site, synthesis date, expiration.
- HPLC purity — reverse-phase chromatogram with integrated peak area (≥ 99.0%).
- Mass spectrometry — ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF structural confirmation against theoretical mass.
- Appearance, solubility, water content — gravimetric and Karl Fischer where applicable.
- Microbial & endotoxin screening — for lots flagged for sterile handling.
- Authorized analyst signature and laboratory stamp.
How to look up a batch
- Locate the Lot Number printed on the vial label (format:
TCE-YYMM-XXXX). - Submit it through our Batch Verification portal.
- The PDF COA for that lot is returned, watermarked and tamper-evident.
COAs document the purity and identity of a research-grade reference material. They are not a clearance for human use, therapeutic claims, or any in-vivo administration.
Independent re-testing
Customers may submit retained samples to a third-party laboratory of their choosing for independent verification. We will provide a reference sample free of charge for any lot upon written request from a qualified institutional buyer.
